Every product manufactured by Heyside is made from 100% recycled plastic and is fully recyclable at the end of its life, ensuring a truly circular process that reduces waste and keeps valuable materials in use for longer. 
 
Our commitment goes beyond materials. Through ongoing research collaborations with leading academic and industry partners, we’re continually exploring new ways to improve the performance, consistency, and environmental footprint of recycled polymers. Projects with the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan) focus on sourcing and developing optimum material blends and enhancing process efficiency, while our work with the University of Manchester is helping us deepen our understanding of polymer material behaviour and durability through advanced analysis. 
 
These initiatives ensure that our recycled materials don’t just meet industry standards, they exceed them, delivering the same strength, stability, and reliability as virgin plastics while supporting a lower-carbon, more sustainable future.
