At this stage, we combine creativity and technical insight to create designs that are inspiring yet practical, all delivered by a team who are specialists in injection moulding and plastic production. With access to a suite of 3D printing and simulation tools, once designs are in place, we can create scaled-down models and rigorous tests to ensure they’re ready for production.

Test & Refine

Once designs are in place, we can fully test and refine. Thanks to our in-house tooling, we can create rapid prototypes, turning ideas into physical samples, quickly and effectively. Once produced, we can perform hands-on real-world tests to ensure products are durable, and fine tune performance and production techniques to deliver the best results. Our testing facilities, thanks to our partnership with the University of Central Lancashire, also mean that our knowledge of materials is second to none, with the plastics used tweaked to suit your requirements.

Produce & Deliver

With modern, 40,000 sqft facilities, we manufacture at scale, delivering consistent, high-quality products, meaning that when you’re happy with your product it can be rolled out, quickly. Thanks to our collection of PRESMA injection moulding machines, once tooling is in place, we can produce accurately and efficiently. Every single product we manufacture is made using recycled materials, meaning, through working with Heyside Group, you’re supporting a circular, sustainable manufacturing process.
